Lecture Series

The American Institute of Architects San Antonio Chapter Lecture Series engages the architectural, academic, and broader San Antonio community in design fellowship while providing educational credit for our licensed professionals.  For nearly a decade our local chapter of the AIA has invited both renowned and up-and-coming architects and allied professionals in lighting, landscape design, and art to San Antonio to exhibit their work and to present their practices and methodologies.  The vision of the Lecture Series is to foster a greater appreciation for balanced, sustainable, innovative, and thought-provoking design through discourse that is free and open to the public.  Presentations occur throughout the Spring and Fall months, typically last about 1 hour, and are followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
